Supplier Management¶
Supplier pre-qualification, evaluation records, and approved supplier documentation supporting HPROC08 and HREG10.
Approved Suppliers¶
CRGI Solutions maintains an approved supplier list per HPROC08. All suppliers undergo pre-qualification assessment before approval and periodic evaluation thereafter.

Pre-Qualification Questionnaires¶
All suppliers complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) before being added to the approved supplier list. PQQs assess:
- Company information and financial standing
- Quality management systems and certifications
- Health & safety management and performance
- Environmental management and compliance
- Insurance and liability cover
- References and track record
PQQ Records
Completed PQQ documents are retained in the HSQEMS secure archive per HFORM06 requirements.
Supplier Evaluations¶
Annual supplier evaluations are conducted per HPROC08, assessing ongoing performance against quality, delivery, cost, and HSQE criteria.
Evaluation Schedule
Next annual supplier evaluations are due by Q2 2026. Evaluations are recorded using HFORM06 and tracked in HREG10.
