Procedure Overview
This procedure defines CRGI Solutions' emergency preparedness and response arrangements. As a virtual consultancy, emergencies primarily concern: loss of IT infrastructure (host computers at CEO premises), health emergencies affecting staff, emergencies at client sites during visits, and fire/flood at the CEO's premises where host equipment is located.
