Procedure Overview
This procedure defines how CRGI Solutions reports, investigates and learns from incidents, including accidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences, and occupational ill health. All incidents are reported immediately to the Operations Manager and logged in HREG09.

RIDDOR Reporting
Certain incidents must be reported to the HSE under RIDDOR 2013 including: fatalities, specified injuries, over-7-day incapacitation, dangerous occurrences, and occupational diseases. The Operations Manager is responsible for determining RIDDOR applicability and making reports. The CEO must be notified immediately of any RIDDOR-reportable incident.
