Full RAMS documents are retained in the HSQEMS secure archive and issued to clients prior to site mobilisation. Contact the Operations Manager for access.
RAMS Production Process¶
All RAMS are produced per HPROC20 (RAMS Production) using the HFORM15 template, which includes:
- Project description and scope
- Organisation and responsibilities
- Risk assessment (Likelihood × Consequence matrix per HPROC01)
- Method statement with step-by-step work activities
- PPE requirements
- Environmental considerations
- Emergency procedures
- Permit requirements
- Training requirements
- Sign-off and approval
