Policy Statement

CRGI Solutions shall establish, implement, and maintain arrangements to prepare for and respond to potential emergency situations. Emergency preparedness covers both physical emergencies at the CEO premises and client sites, and IT infrastructure failures that could affect safety-critical work.

Key Requirements

  1. Potential emergency scenarios shall be identified and documented, with response procedures established for each.
  2. Emergency procedures shall cover: fire and evacuation at CEO premises, medical emergencies, site emergencies during client visits, IT infrastructure failure affecting safety-critical design work, and data/security incidents.
  3. Emergency contact details shall be maintained and communicated to all staff.
  4. Emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits) at CEO premises shall be inspected and maintained at scheduled intervals.
  5. Emergency procedures shall be tested or reviewed at least annually.
  6. All staff shall be made aware of emergency procedures relevant to their work location and activities.
  7. Business continuity arrangements shall ensure critical client deliverables are protected in the event of prolonged disruption.
  8. Lessons learned from emergency events and exercises shall be used to improve emergency preparedness.
