Policy Statement¶
CRGI Solutions shall ensure that adequate first aid arrangements are in place to provide immediate assistance in the event of injury or illness. As a virtual consultancy, first aid provisions are tailored to the distributed nature of our workforce.
Key Requirements¶
- A first aid needs assessment shall be conducted and reviewed annually or when work activities change.
- A first aid kit shall be maintained at the CEO premises where host infrastructure is located.
- Staff undertaking client site visits shall carry a personal first aid kit appropriate to the activities being performed.
- Staff shall be made aware of first aid arrangements at each work location, including client sites.
- Emergency contact details and procedures for summoning emergency services shall be communicated to all staff.
- First aid incidents shall be recorded and reported through the incident reporting process.
