Policy Statement

CRGI Solutions shall ensure that adequate first aid arrangements are in place to provide immediate assistance in the event of injury or illness. As a virtual consultancy, first aid provisions are tailored to the distributed nature of our workforce.

Key Requirements

  1. A first aid needs assessment shall be conducted and reviewed annually or when work activities change.
  2. A first aid kit shall be maintained at the CEO premises where host infrastructure is located.
  3. Staff undertaking client site visits shall carry a personal first aid kit appropriate to the activities being performed.
  4. Staff shall be made aware of first aid arrangements at each work location, including client sites.
  5. Emergency contact details and procedures for summoning emergency services shall be communicated to all staff.
  6. First aid incidents shall be recorded and reported through the incident reporting process.
