Policy Statement

CRGI Solutions has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced or compulsory labour in any part of our business or supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity, and to implementing effective controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place.

Key Requirements

  1. All engagement arrangements shall be transparent, voluntary, and conducted in accordance with UK employment and immigration law.
  2. Due diligence shall be conducted on suppliers and subcontractors to assess modern slavery risk before engagement.
  3. Staff and suppliers shall be made aware of the indicators of modern slavery and how to report concerns.
  4. Any suspected instances of modern slavery shall be reported immediately to the Operations Manager or CEO, and where appropriate to law enforcement.
  5. CRGI Solutions shall not engage with any supplier or subcontractor known or suspected to be involved in modern slavery.
  6. This statement shall be reviewed annually and updated to reflect actions taken and risks identified.
