Policy Statement

CRGI Solutions shall ensure all staff are competent to perform their roles safely and effectively. Competence is achieved through a combination of education, training, skills, and experience, supported by ongoing development and awareness activities.

Key Requirements

  1. All new staff shall complete the CRGI HSQE induction before commencing work.
  2. Training needs shall be identified for each role and recorded in the training matrix.
  3. Competence shall be assessed and verified for safety-critical and quality-critical activities.
  4. Toolbox talks shall be delivered regularly to maintain awareness of HSQE topics.
  5. Training records shall be maintained for all staff, documenting training delivered, competence assessed, and refresher dates.
  6. Training effectiveness shall be evaluated and the training programme adjusted accordingly.
  7. Staff shall be made aware of the HSQE policy, relevant objectives, their contribution to system effectiveness, and the consequences of non-conformance.
  8. CPD and professional development shall be encouraged and supported.
