HSQEMS Policies

CRGI Solutions' policy documents set out the organisation's commitments and key requirements for each topic area. They are designed to be concise and practical — the detailed management system framework, scope, context, and role definitions are maintained in the three core manuals (HSQEMS01–03).

Policy Format

All policies follow a lean structure: policy statement, key requirements, applicable legislation, related documents, and approval. The detailed management system framework, organisational context, roles and responsibilities, and definitions are maintained in the core manuals:

  • HSQEMS01 — IMS Manual (management system framework)
  • HSQEMS02 — Scope & Context (organisational context, interested parties, SWOT, PESTLE)
  • HSQEMS03 — Roles & Responsibilities (detailed accountability matrix)
