MR-2025-001 — Inaugural Management Review¶
Date: 26/05/2025 Chair: Dragos Ciordas, CEO Attendees: Sean Ashton, Operations Manager
The inaugural Management Review assessed the initial implementation of the IMS after approximately 8 weeks of operation. Key outcomes included:
- Confirmation of system effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives
- Review of internal audit findings (IA-2025-001 through IA-2025-006)
- Assessment of resource adequacy for ongoing system operation
- Identification of improvement opportunities (sustainability consulting, digital twin technology, enhanced collaboration tools)
- Setting direction for Year 2 priorities
Management Review Minutes
Full Management Review minutes (DC:46 Rev 2) are retained in the HSQEMS secure archive. The review addressed all required ISO 9001:2015 (9.3), ISO 14001:2015 (9.3), and ISO 45001:2018 (9.3) inputs.
Management Review Template¶
Management reviews are conducted using HFORM09 — Management Review Template, which covers all required inputs per ISO 9001/14001/45001 clause 9.3.
