Training Types Explained¶
- Induction: CRGI orientation, site familiarization, company policies (new staff)
- HSQE Awareness: Health, Safety, Quality, Environment awareness training
- Role-Specific: Training required for specific role competence (technical, compliance, tools)
- Refresher: Mandatory update training on existing competencies
- External Course: Formal qualifications, certifications, specialist training
- Toolbox Talk: Short safety/awareness briefings (5–15 minutes)
